What's up everyone? In this video we are going to go over sport bikes for short riders, beginner sport bikes for short people, more advanced sport motorcycles for short people, and how to lower your motorcycle if it is still too tall for you. Lot's of topics to cover, let's get into it.

First of all if you are a beginner and are a super short rider, and sport motorcycles are just too tall for you to be comfortable on starting out, I highly recommend starting with a lower seat height cruiser just to get some experience and build up the confidence you will need to ride a sport bike without having both feet flat on the ground.

Aside from that the obvious choices for starting out on a sport bike especially when you are short will be 250cc and 300cc beginner sport bikes like the Yamaha R3, Suzuki GSX250R, Kawasaki ninja 250, Kawasaki ninja 300, Honda CBR250, Honda CBR300...you get the idea. These will all be low seat height motorcycles and will be much easier to start on.

If you just plain want a bigger bike than your usual starter sport bikes, look at the kawasaki Ninja 650 or Ninja 500, Suzuki SV650, Yamaha FZ-07 and CBR500/CBR650 next. These tend to have a little lower seats and less aggressive seating position, so will be the next easiest to try for short motorcycle riders.

Next up will be a 600cc super sport if you just plain have to have a super sport motorcycle, and you are short. The best ones for shorter people tend to be the Suzuki GSX-R600 and Honda CBR600...these tend to be motorcycles with narrow seats, which puts your legs closer together and gets more of your feet on the ground. Don't get me wrong, the Yamaha R6 and Kawasaki ZX6R are actually my two favorites...but they have wider seats USUALLY which is not as comfortable for shorter riders.

AND finally...if all else fails, you can simply lower your motorcycle. Just about every motorcycle can be lowered without much effort by installing a lowering link or links on the rear suspension and also having the forks adjusted in the front. If you are going to go this route please have it done by a professional so that it is done correctly, and please lower both the FRONT and REAR of your bike. Do not let someone tell you that you don't need to lower both...lowering on the rear will make the bike shorter for you, but will also mess with the geometry and handling characteristic of the bike...which can cause issues.

bmw s1000rr: BMW S1000RR is a race oriented sport bike initially made by BMW Motorrad to compete in the 2009 Superbike World Championship, that is now in commercial production. It was introduced in Munich in April 2008, and is powered by a 999 cc four-cylinder engine redlined at 14,200 rpm.

Suzuki Hayabusa: The Suzuki GSX1300R Hayabusa is a sport bike motorcycle made by Suzuki since 1999. It immediately won acclaim as the world's fastest production motorcycle, with a top speed of 303 to 312 km/h.

Kawasaki ninja zx-14: The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14R has a good fan following in India, thanks to its hyper sport pedigree. It’s been on sale in India since 2013, however, the 2016 version promises to be a whole lot better.

The major updates are seen on the mechanical end with revisions done to the ECU and the inclusion of a new exhaust system so that this bike can meet the Euro IV emission without any drop in power. In terms of features, the motorcycle gets a new instrument cluster with LCD display. The ZX-14R also gets new front brake calipers, revised higher and closer handlebar with wider grips.

The 2016 Ninja ZX-14R is powered by the same 1441cc liquid-cooled engine that produces 200bhp and 210bhp with RAM air and maximum torque of 158Nm. The Japanese manufacturer claims that the suspension has been re-tuned for improved high-speed stability.

India Kawasaki Motors is selling the 2016 Ninja ZX-14R in completely-built-up (CBU) form. Its closest competitor, the Suzuki Hayabusa, is being assembled in India and is priced way lower than the ZX-14R.

Lightning LS-218: It is an electric motorcycle engineered, designed and produced in the US by Lightning Motorcycle, that has been in production since 2014. It has held the title of the world's fastest street-legal production motorcycle since 2014.

Kawasaki Ninja h2r: H2R
Kawasaki Ninja H2R is a super bike available at a starting price of Rs. 79,90,000 in India. It is available in only 1 variant and 1 colour. The Kawasaki Ninja H2R is powered by 998cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 305.75 bhp and a torque of 165 Nm. With both front and rear disc brakes, Kawasaki Ninja H2R comes up with anti-locking braking system. This Ninja H2R bike weighs 216 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 17 liters.
